6월 14일인 오늘 지나가다가 방문했습니다. 피렌체 매장에서도 각인 서비스를 받았는데, 피렌체는 사람이 너무 많아서 오래 기다려야 했거든요. 베로나 매장은 쾌적하고 각인도 빨리 할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요! 직원분들도 다 친절하십니다. 의사소통 과정에서 약간의 오류가 있어 계산 관련 문제가 있었는데, 친절히 도와주셨어요 😊

I visited Kiko in Verona yesterday in order to buy some lip glosses and carve my name on them. That was the best purchase I made on my holiday. Also the staff was really eager to help me and kind. The girl at the machine, Daniela , was pretty sweet and helpful! It was a great experience!!
