This review is dedicated to the one and only Sidnie, a young woman who worked at Kiko Milano and attended us during our trip to NYC this summer. Our trip to NYC wasn’t made to be extraordinary other than the sightseeing and exploring touristic locations like the world’s first Macys, but our trip became a stellar experience once we arrived to Kiko Milano. The makeup stood out by itself, the quality was succeeded our expectations beyond every doubt, and was one of the best we had ever bought at an unbeatable price, but our experience was made through the hospitality of this young woman. From every second we were in the store, she attended us as if we were family, and made sure every question we had asked, came with an answer. A little disappointed with the fact that there wasn’t as many options as they would have had if they had a fully stocked inventory, but all in all we didn’t leave empty handed due to some great recommendations from Sidnie. We had a questions on which products would work best with our respective skin tone and shade, and she narrowed down our options to help us pick out the perfect one, she was extremely and truly knowledgeable in that sense. Our main trip to Kiko Milano was made for the engravable makeup, and she was with us every step of the way including letting us record for our family at home. We asked and she let us record with a smile on her face. My friend and I had a great experience at this Kiko Milano location today! Tibet was such a joy to work with. They were so knowledgeable about products and made us feel right at home. It was particularly fun getting our lip glosses and compacts engraved by them. The shop is so well kept, and all the product floor samples are well maintained for easy swatching. The quality is great, and the prices are fair too. We will definitely be back!

Stephanie is amazing! I came in totally lost trying to find makeup for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and she made the whole experience fun and easy. Even with the store being packed, she stayed so kind and focused on us. Such great customer service! 💕

I love this store so much! Customer service was amazing and product selection was good too. The wooden lip liners are my favorite product and have a very similar formula to MAC lip liners but offer more shade variety for different skin tones and is half the price. Definitely recommend for beginners as well

Diana was so sweet and super helpful! The lipsticks are incredible and I got my name engraved in them! You get your name engraved on any of the metal lipsticks

I walked in just to look around and ended up buying lip liners and a concealer that Marisol helped me choose out, I loved the make up and the helpful service the pricing was reasonable!
