Best customer service experience ever. We popped in today not really expecting to buy much but we were assisted by Sally who is super friendly and really knowledgeable about the products. She helped us pick out some gifts for our daughters but never under any pressure.

I would a 100% recommend this store .. A lovely customer executive called daisy went out of her way firstly to show me some awesome makeup and secondly she even helped me out by giving me some helpful info about the bus when my contactless started playing up.. Thank you daisy.. You're a star

I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady, brunette hair, brunette eyes, that helped me when I came into the store at Thursday 11th at around 5pm. Amazing customer service, and she really helped match my tone, I love the shade so much🩷. Also, she understood my awkward combination skin and picked out a 2 in one foundation for me. It was just what I needed. I really recommend buying the brush too, it’s so good!

I visited KIKO in The Oracle Shopping Centre in Reading and I must say I had the best customer service I’ve ever had. I was assisted by Sally, such a lovely lady, very professional, answered all my questions.. I went in just to browse, she helped me find the right foundation for my face tone and ended up with 3 products haha Well done Sally!

I would like to say a big thank you to vicki store manager at reading for the guidance and the Knowledge she shared with me back in may I’ve since been to the doctor (was using steroid cream on my face) he has looked at my skin has taken me off it because of Vickis recommendations and to continue what I was doing in feeding the skin cells. Highly recommend to see Vicki at kiko she is highly skilled skincare specialist and knows her stuff.

Natalie is very knowledgeable.and very helpful, would recommend asking for her when you visit KIKO. It's best to ask for a trained assistant when shopping because the variety in the store can be confusing. Also it has some good items and is worth shopping there.

I popped in with an idea of what I wanted... 3 things I thought.... Natalie was a great help, yes I spent way more than what I wanted but she gave me tips on how to use the items and im glad I listen to her lip combo suggestion!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Zaara who helped me pick out products that would suit my skin tone and style. Such attention to detail by Zaara really boosted my confidence as a 57 year old widow who has very little makeup experience. Will be coming back again for more of this excellent and personalised service!
