⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my first-ever visit to the KIKO Milano store at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was looking for a particular lipstick shade that I had been unable to find in a couple of other stores, and Kyla was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful. She took the time to show me a wide range of lipstick and lip liner shades, and even helped me try and compare the colours so I could find the closest match. I really appreciated how genuinely interested she was in helping me find exactly what I was looking for rather than simply making a sale. As it was my first time visiting KIKO, I was also amazed by the huge variety of shades available. The lip products felt so smooth and glided on beautifully, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality is while still being very reasonably priced. I also really appreciated seeing how supportive the store supervisor Liz was towards the rest of the team. It was lovely to see such a positive and supportive working environment. Every workplace deserves a supervisor/team leader who encourages and supports their staff in that way - hats off to her! 👏 A very special thank you to Kyla for her kindness, patience and amazing customer service. She genuinely made my first KIKO experience such a lovely one. 💕 I left the store extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be visiting KIKO again. Thank you, Kyla, and the whole team for such a wonderful experience! ❤️

about last week, I came into the kiko Milano branch in Westfield London. There was two girls that were very lovely. However, when I was ready to pay for my products, the blonde girl behind the till area was just there on her phone acting as though she couldn’t see me. I had to wait for about one minute before I was acknowledged, and then when I was acknowledged by her she told another staff member to serve me, which made me confused as she was the one at the till. I dont know what hierarchy is going on here but it was a weird interaction. On the contrary, the other two were very pro-active with me and i really did appreciate them.

I haven't visited the store yet but this review is for Kiko's store staff Eba who helped me out over the phone. I had a very general issue with an order and Eba managed to make sure I got the right answers and what procedure to follow. She sounds like a lovely team member and as a fellow retail employee, I need to appreciate these skills as this industry can be very demanding! Give her a treat, thank you eba

I went into Kiko Milano to get some help with finding some products for my friend’s wedding this summer. I was greeted by three lovely ladies. Kayla took me over, sat me down and tried different products to suit my skin tone. She was patient, helpful and so friendly. Dorra then came to join us to help with creating a beautiful eyeshadow look. We laughed lots and I purchased some amazing goodies. Thank you so much, Kayla and Dorra! 🤗

Zainab has been so wonderful especially after having a horrible experience with another sales person with long blonde hair a few day’s prior. Zainab made up for it all. She was so bubbly and kind and helped with all my questions, I would come back to Zainab again.
