Thank you Irem, 😊 I went in to buy just one item, but Imran took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and guide me on what would truly help my skin. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. I ended up investing in a full routine because of her expert advice, and I feel so confident about my results going forward. Imran is brilliant at her job and a total asset to the team. Thank you for such wonderful service🌞

Farie at KIKO Stratford Westfield was absolutely amazing. She was warm, patient and very professional from start to finish. She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained the different products clearly and helped me choose what suited me best without making me feel pressured to buy anything. Her knowledge of the products was excellent, and the recommendations she gave me were genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience easy, comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she has a lot of experience and really cares about giving customers the right advice. Thank you, Farie, for such excellent customer service. You are a real credit to the KIKO Stratford team, and I would happily come back to be assisted by you again. Highly recommended. Spent alot of money because of her high level of patients
