I had such a lovely experience at the store today, all thanks to Andrea. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Even though the store was super busy cuz of black Friday, instead of rushing me, she took the time to understand what I needed and guided me through the products with so much knowledge and care. Her friendly attitude instantly made the shopping experience more enjoyable.

Was served by Malaika and Jodie at the Kiko Milano outlet in Westfield, Stratford and am v pleased at their attention. And service Both were super attentive and Jodie was particularly helpful ..bless her., as she patiently did everything i requested of her in terms of trying different products on my face as I am almost a novice when it comes to make up. So a big shout out to Jodie and Malaika! And i wish the staff got more opportunity to help women of my age, like me...with time and knowledge constraints abt makeup!!
