It’s a really nice place. The workers are so nice, I was looking for an eyeshadow. Romy was so kind and helped me with the application and technique.

I had such a lovely experience with Maryam, She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She gave me so many great tips and recommendations and I ended up going home with a completely new makeup routine that I absolutely love. She made the whole experience enjoyable and welcoming and I couldn't recommend her enough 😊

I had such a wonderful experience with Romy! She is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely sweet. One thing I’ve always struggled with is getting eyeshadow to show on my upper eyelids, and I never seemed to get it right. Romy took the time to understand my concerns and showed me techniques that actually work for my eye shape. What I appreciated most was how respectful she was of my preferences. She listened carefully to what I wanted and never pushed me into a look I wasn’t comfortable with. Her patience and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I also never thought colourful eyeshadow would suit me, but Romy completely changed my mind! She created a beautiful look that felt both flattering and confidence-boosting. I learned so much from her and left feeling amazing. I highly recommend Romy to anyone looking for a skilled makeup artist who truly cares about her clients.

Had such a great experience at this branch thanks to Wedian. She was super friendly, helpful and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Went in for one item left with 3 but I’m not mad at it. Taylor was absolutely amazing, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted and usually get very overwhelmed but she was very patient with me after asking 101 questions, she honestly made my shopping experience very enjoyable and worth every purchase. Please give Taylor a raise immediately!

This branch is my favourite! Love the staff here especially Wedian for always looking after me and having great taste - I get the best recommendations from her x Only thing this store is missing is the engraving. This branch is meant to be a flagship but it hasn't got the engraving service which is disappointing. I want my 3D Hydra Gloss engraved asap!

I went in over the weekend with a very old lipstick of mine (discontinued), looking to find a replacement. While there was nothing on display that was particularly similar, Hiba went downstairs to find a couple of options from last year’s collection that she thought might resemble mine - and she was right! Very pleased to have found my new go-to, and grateful to Hiba for her kind service.

I have been coming here for 1+ years. The customer service is outstanding. Being a black lady, it’s not always easy to find beauty products that suit my skin tone. The floor staff are attentive, knowledgeable and all seem to enjoy their work. A special shoutout to Simona who has served me a number of times now.
