I would just like to praise Sienna and Ruby for their customer service I experienced yesterday. I had a mix up with a lip gloss shade from a previous order and they helped me immediately, drew up friendly conversation and remained kind despite the busy atmosphere. The other ladies also seemed very patient and were trained well, thank you!

‘Nour’ was particularly helpful in shade matching me for foundation powders and made some great recommendations for The Kiko Makeup Fixer spray great dupe for the One Size spray!

Love the kiko nail polishes, especially the glitter ones. Lots of products to try and the pink eyeshadows are really pretty. Somaia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I really felt welcomed by her, she’s really friendly and kind. I 100% recommend her to anyone needing advice about kiko products, she will make your shopping experience amazing.
