Had an amazing experience with Maria! She helped me select the perfect shades for gifts and introduced me to a bronzer and blush that I absolutely LOVE. Nilofar was also very sweet. Would definitely recommend this location. Looking forward to hopefully being back next time I’m in London!

Ruby was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was shopping with one of my best friends, we looked at so many products and throughout it I was enjoying talking about them with her and getting suggestions. She would show me lip combos on her hand (which awesomeee because for makeup products they sometimes never look the same as what is shown on the bottle) and layer the colours so beautifully, I went in planning to get 2-3 items and left with 10. I didn’t feel rushed or like a hassle and whenever I was indecisive she would give her recommendation and was honestly so helpful. I’ll definitely love to come back and yeah, definite 10/10 the hiring staff know what they’re doing. Lady at the front was also lovely and she pulled off a stunning colourful makeup look (the blue eyeliner eye look slayed). I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. Thank youu girls <3

Went in to get a bronzer as I had got the wrong item at Regent street despite being helped by a staff member. Maria on the other hand was very helpful in this store, very sweet and friendly and got the job done quickly too also shade matched me which the other girl didn’t do! Thanks a lot will definitely come to this store more often!

Aliyah was so helpful and knowledgeable, she directed me to the right products instantly and helped me with not just picking the products but also application. she also made the payment process much smoother and i felt very taken care of. i instantly tried my products and i am obsessed with them

I just popped in to see what they had, and Alex (who recently transferred to this branch) ended up helping me pick a perfume and test which foundation suited me best with a proper colour match. Without a doubt a wonderful experience and service by Elle. I wasn’t sure the name of the product and was hesitant to ask for assistance. However, Elle approached me and found the exact product I needed within a minutes. Amazing store, amazing staff and brilliant service! Definitely would recommend and would visit again.
