I recently visited Kiko Milano and had a really pleasant experience. I picked up a foundation and concealer duo, a lipstick, and a blush and I’m genuinely happy with all of them. The products feel good on the skin and the shades suited me well, which isn’t always easy to find. What stood out for me was how helpful and approachable the staffs were. They didn’t rush me and were happy to guide me without being pushy, which made the whole experience feel relaxed. Overall, a great store if you’re looking for good quality makeup at great prices.

Came here last Thursday to pick a new concealer. The lady (who I believe was a manager?) helped me not only find the perfect one but also helped me pick an eyebrow pencil and an eyeshadow stick. She was very patient and applied the products on me so I could see how well they worked. Lovely experience, and I will definitely continue to shop at Kiko.

Want to give a shout out to Zainab at the Oxford street branch who helped me out with eyeshadow and lip liner last Sunday! She was so helpful, probably the best service I’ve received in my life from anyone at any makeup store! She was really friendly and knew what makeup would work for me! Their service makes me want to give my money to Kiko over SpaceNK any day! I’ve also been to the Angel branch and the staff there are great also.

Popped in for some new makeup and wasn’t disappointed. The Unlimited lipsticks and blushes are my new favorites—blend well and don’t break the bank. Store is clean and the girl helping me was helpful, good experience.

Had an amazing experience with Maria! She helped me select the perfect shades for gifts and introduced me to a bronzer and blush that I absolutely LOVE. Nilofar was also very sweet. Would definitely recommend this location. Looking forward to hopefully being back next time I’m in London!

Ruby was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was shopping with one of my best friends, we looked at so many products and throughout it I was enjoying talking about them with her and getting suggestions. She would show me lip combos on her hand (which awesomeee because for makeup products they sometimes never look the same as what is shown on the bottle) and layer the colours so beautifully, I went in planning to get 2-3 items and left with 10. I didn’t feel rushed or like a hassle and whenever I was indecisive she would give her recommendation and was honestly so helpful. I’ll definitely love to come back and yeah, definite 10/10 the hiring staff know what they’re doing. Lady at the front was also lovely and she pulled off a stunning colourful makeup look (the blue eyeliner eye look slayed). I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. Thank youu girls <3

Went in to get a bronzer as I had got the wrong item at Regent street despite being helped by a staff member. Maria on the other hand was very helpful in this store, very sweet and friendly and got the job done quickly too also shade matched me which the other girl didn’t do! Thanks a lot will definitely come to this store more often!

Aliyah was so helpful and knowledgeable, she directed me to the right products instantly and helped me with not just picking the products but also application. she also made the payment process much smoother and i felt very taken care of. i instantly tried my products and i am obsessed with them

I just popped in to see what they had, and Alex (who recently transferred to this branch) ended up helping me pick a perfume and test which foundation suited me best with a proper colour match. Without a doubt a wonderful experience and service by Elle. I wasn’t sure the name of the product and was hesitant to ask for assistance. However, Elle approached me and found the exact product I needed within a minutes. Amazing store, amazing staff and brilliant service! Definitely would recommend and would visit again.
