Customer service goes above and beyond. All my makeup products are from Kiko. I have used their products since 2008 and they're absolutely my favourite. As Italian living abroad, I am so happy to have this store in Glasgow!

Love this brand, affordable high quality cosmetics and skincare. Would recommend paying a visit to this particular store if you are in the city. Its one top cosmetic beauty shop in Glasgow. Kiko Milano store sells great range cosmetics own brand. Its one those brands that some people love and never go back to using any other kind. Love this brand. Just recently discovered it. it's good for the skin, high pigmentation, lasts well, cruelty free and the prices are reasonable. I'm well impressed. You also can sign up for a loyalty card and gets money off and other benefits. The staff in the store are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Laura helped us today. She knew her stuff and helped us to choose some products which are suitable for a very pale skin. Down side are the prices but, good cosmetics are over priced everywhere.

Was in Buchanan Street store last Saturday with my friend , I'm sorry to say the girl that we had to ask for help was not very helpful ,had to keep prompting her regarding colour , as when I was in the London store at covent garden the young boy who attended me could not have been more helpful was a pleasure to be served by him and was very happy with my purchase ,so I think Buchanan Street store need to train staff on customer service (apart from that I do like the makeup very much happy)

was in the shop and everyone was helpful I wasn't sure what colour of foundation to get and the young girl was lovely she showed me the colour on my actual skin tone and gave me me make up advice on what to do with my make up while I am applying it so it stays on.
