Fantastic customer service, knowledgable friendly staff. Good range of products. Easy shop to navigate and not overwhelming. Affordable prices. Sayyiah (I think that’s her name) was patient and helpful with me and other customers. She helped me find the right foundation, concealer and powder. They have a super Black Friday deal on - buy three, get three more free.

they double charged me on all the items, they did refund me later, once noticed I had to go back there. the reason i am pissed is because I picked a waterproof makeup remover in mini, the shop assistant the item I picked was a tester and brought me a new one. Upon arriving home and trying to remove the waterproof mascara i purchased there i see that she gave me a toner not a waterproof makeup remover, I put it on my eye and it does not remove makeup and burns like hell. The lack of attention is truly saddening as this was my poorest experience at a kiko. I overpaid and then I did not even get the product I wanted. I am here on holiday, and I am meant to go back to this shop a third time!!!Be more careful please!!! and I will try to go and exchange it for the waterproof remover i wanted, but as a result I have to keep going back to this kiko due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. They also kept the original receipt after the refund (?) so not even sure how to prove my purchase :( Update: I went there and Roxy took amazing care of me, thank you Roxy!

Went to kiko and the staff that assisted me her name was Roxy she was very pleasant and helpful she took the time out to ensure that each foundation was a match for our skin gave us different choices to choose from her customer service was amazing would definitely go back

(her name was similar to sabren or sehren, sorry my memorys terrible) went to kiko to help get a gift for a friend and she was so helpful, patient and friendly :) i went to her manager too to tell her she is a credit to the store, please give her a payrise

Popped in on a weekday with my baby girl. Was served by Lucy who was super sweet and tried to interact and calm my crying baby down. She also matched me perfectly with a concealer shade and setting powder. Ended up buying a bunch of other items. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely pop in when my makeup bits run out ☺️. Thanks Lucy x

I visited the store today with my friend and our children, we experienced some excellent customer service from Lucy, she was polite and helpful and friendly and included our children. She recommended some suitable products that we bought and I will definitely be purchasing more.

Lucy was amazing she done mine and my friends make up. Gave us some really great tips for our skin and we brought some lovely products thank you great customer service 😃 which is hard to come by these days and as a retail manager I was really impressed.

I went to Kiko to buy some things for my girlfriend and the staff were very friendly, one of them was tall with curly hair and patiently guided me and asked about my girlfriend's interests and age to give me better suggestions. In the end, it was a very good purchase, thank you Soha for your patience and kindness.

Upon entering the store, within seconds, a member of staff saw that I was confused as it was my first time in a Kiko Milano Store. She asked me if I was OK to which I replied i am looking for items i needed,she listened to what i wanted and helped me to choose the right products. When I was ready to pay it was very easy and convenient as it was wireless portable payments. THANK YOU ROXY.

Had a really nice experience here with a staff member called Bhav! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Yasamin was super sweet and lovely towards me too. Clean and organised store. I will return.
