My wife knew Kiko Milano was going to be one of her first stops — she wanted to pick up some things for our daughter and a few friends, and this place didn’t disappoint. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and she especially loved that they offer custom engraving on the lipsticks and lip glosses. Such a nice personal touch! The store had a great vibe and plenty of options — definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for quality makeup or a thoughtful gift.

The store is small, like way too small for how crowded it was, but every employee I encountered today when buying an engraved lipgloss was 10/10 friendly and helpful! Such a fun little experience getting a personalized lipgloss!

Very nice staff! The place is crowded and small, so maybe not the best place if you get a little claustrophobic but theres a lot of genre of makeup even though not a lot of tones of skin. That’s all!

We got to KIKO with my friends to buy lip liners. Got out later with few products because of Sandra C. Such a positive attitude and client oriented person. Nice, communicative, professional. She speaks great English so it was easy to communicate This girl is a gem. Make sure you keep her!

Bennedetta and Selcenny made sure my friend and i felt comfortable and confident in what we were purchasing. Bennedetta was extremely helpful in finding perfect lip combos for the both of us and eye products that best suit our needs. We are not from italy so we were a little worried but both of these girls were amazing and kind! Well done kiko, you have some amazing talented employees.
