I had such a lovely experience at KIKO Milano, especially thanks to Nicole! She was incredibly helpful, patient and attentive throughout my visit. She stayed with me until I found exactly the products I was looking for and gave me some really great suggestions based on what I wanted. Nicole also took the time to explain how the engraving process worked, which I found really helpful, and made sure I fully understood the different options available. She was especially helpful when it came to choosing between the matte and lip gloss lipsticks, making sure I was happy with each choice before purchasing. Her knowledge, patience and friendly customer service really stood out to me. Thank you, Nicole, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable! KIKO Milano is lucky to have such a lovely employee. ❤️

Stopped by here three times, staff is helpful and nice, despite how busy it gets. Thankfully, my wait time was 30-45 minutes which includes line to pay and line for engraving. The one time I did stop by, there were too many people waiting outside, so I shopped and when I came back, the queue outside was gone. No guarantee that it will work for everyone, but it worked for us. My hotel is walking distance, so I’m lucky about that! I’m sure eventually they can create an even better system that can utilize time. It’s a popular and viral spot, so of course there will be a wait. I went to the one in Florence to get engraved, but they seemed a bit slower and less organized. Great personal experience and great souvenir to remind me of my trip and it’s also a great gift for friends and family back home!

Vše proběhlo v klidu. Vybereš produkt, zaplatíš a čekáš ve frontě na gravírování. Když se do fronty nevejdeš, jdeš ven a koordinátorka vás postupně volá z ulice. Je to záležitost tak na 30–60 minut. Lesk stál 13,90 €, gravírování „JMÉNO“ 2 € a „ROMA“ 2 €.

Buena atención y personal muy amable. Lo único que me faltó fue el servicio de grabado personalizado, ya que solo tienen algunos productos previamente grabados con motivos del Coliseo Romano.

I arrived at 9:57 so that I could be early and there were around 18 people in front of me. The store opened at 10 and everyone was able to get in. I just grabbed the shade I chose ahead I lined up. I had five lipgloss engraved and it is two euros for name and two euros for the Colosseum, four euros additional if you want both your name and Colosseum. They also do tax refund, you just need to bring a passport. So with all the process, I was out by 10:19.

The staff is spectacular and very nice. They speak English and Spanish however, the problem was that I did not know that you have to get the engraving the same day as the purchase so I came back the next day and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the engraving, but I got a refund for that charge. it is extremely busy no matter what day of the week that you come and it is a small space so be prepared to wait at least an hour for the engraving

The engraving is amazing. I recommend going as the shop opens on a weekday. It can get very very busy on an afternoon

Kasa sırası biraz fazla yavaştı. Ama genel olarak çok iyi bir deneyimdi. Irene hanıma ürün seçerkenki yardımları ve nezaketi için çok teşekkür ederim. Kişiselleştirme için olan Lazer makinesi tek burada var. O yüzden sıranın yavaşlığı da anlaşılabilir. Öğleden sonra 3 civarında gittik ve tiktokta bahsedilen kadar uzun bir süre yoktu. İçeride lazer işlemle beraber maksimum 45 dakika kalmışımdır. Lazer işlemdeki hanımefendinin ismini hatırlayamadım fakat gayet seri ve nazik biriydi. Yazılanın doğru olup olmadığını sürekli teyit etti. Hizmetten ve ürünlerimden gayet memnunum.

Bardzo pomocne dziewczyny. Pomimo ogromnego ruchu, popularność ego miejsca jest wprawiająca w osłupienie, dziewczyny bardzo sprawnie nawigują i pomagają klientom więc wszystko idzie sprawnie. Także niech tłumy Cie nie odstrasza bo to bardzo sprawnie idzie.

The line for the engraving was way too long, but every staff in the store were fabulous and so kind. Especially the girl doing the engraving at 15th June (long straight hair??) was doing the job perfectly! Fast and very professional. If you want the engraving of only the colosseum on famous products you would want to check out the other store down the street first!

WOW beau souvenir! J’ai choisi un brillant à lèvres sur lequel j’ai pu faire graver le colisée ainsi que mon nom, c’est un super concept! Il y a un peu d’attente dû au volume de personnes qu’il y a mais sa en vaux la peine !
