I had an amazing experience shopping at Kiko Milano, especially at the Mall of the Emirates branch. The salespeople were incredibly helpful and made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The makeup products are absolutely stunning, with a great variety of options. The prices are fantastic, especially with the discounts they have on their summer products—such a great deal! I came to Kiko with a problem, inflammation in the face came in the morning and I had important event that day , Rocel the make up artist helped me so much to hide it and perfect make up, she is very professional also helped me to buy products to help with that issue. My husband & I were shopping at the Dubai Mall on Friday, September 15, 2023 and I was looking for a “chubby stick” blue eyeshadow. Clinique use to make “10 big blue” but they discontinued the color. We stopped at Kiko to see if they had anything. We were greeted by Brian (a makeup artist for Kiko Milano). He suggested long lasting eyeshadow stick #25. I told Brian I wasn’t sure about the color and he said let’s go try it on you. I then took off my eye makeup and he proceeded to redo my eyes and eyebrows. I really don’t have much eyebrows and he suggested 05 eyebrow fibers and showed me how to properly create my brow shape. He then suggested I use 15 intense color long lasting eyeliner. Our trip to Kiko Milano ended a year long search for blue eye shadow. I ended up purchasing all three items! Doing makeup requires excellent skill, patience, listening to your client, a passion about their artistry, and professionalism. Brian embodied all of these qualities. I would never have been able to create such a beautiful natural make up look without his help. There is a Japanese saying “wabi sabi “ which in layman terms means that there is beauty in old things as they fall apart. What Brian did for me today was finding the imperfection and highlighting it in a beautiful way. Brian, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for helping me look the best version of myself. You are a fantastic makeup artist and I would highly recommend you!
