I also witnessed her skillfully handle a guest who seemed a bit upset, showing incredible patience and professionalism. I am obsessed with this Kiko store. Always super helpful and friendly employees. Maria specifically has been amazing with helping me with any and all my needs and questions. She goes above and beyond my expectations of a hard worker. I love how they always have new products every time I go into the store. The products are super affordable and high quality. I will always recommend checking this store out if in sawgrass mall.

I never understood how some people get up in the morning and think to themselves, "you know what I'm gonna do? Go yell at some people in the mall for something out of their control". Unfortunately for the girls here, they seem to have to deal with that a lot yet despite all this, they were still super helpful and had great attitude when I was there with my mom, love the team and all the help they gave us!

My shopping experience in Kiko was very good. Customer service in the establishment is beautiful where I was assisted when entering the building. Staff was very friendly and knew product knowledge extremely well. I honestly just want a small gift set for my girlfriend and ended up getting the set and stuff for her eye lashes & blush. Associates Sharonda and Valentina both made it a wonderful experience for my first time shopping for make-up for a women.

Great product, great prices, great service! Upon entering the store, Maria greeted me with a smile. She patiently helped me with all the products I was looking for. She has a knack for colors, knows her product line well and was very well trained as a makeup artist. I asked for color recommendations and she picked out some colors that I just love. I arrived feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Maria’s attentiveness, kindness and willingness uplifted me. I’m sure I left the store with the right products and colors.
