Amazing service fron Kerry and Katrina today. I popped in thinking I was only getting a gift voucher as a present for my mum who loves their make up. Left the store with some great bits for her birthday, plus there were some brilliant offers on so I got more stuff for less. The girls made sure I had everything I wanted, and I came away feeling like I'd been chatting with old friends. I've been wearing KIKO since before it's launch in the UK and love their products.

The absolute best service at Kiko today, was served by the most amazing lady called Michelle who me and my friend wanted to give the biggest shout out to, Michelle is an absolute asset to Kiko her customer service skills literally went above and beyond to help us out today. She was so patient kind and helped us pick out the most perfect lip liners / glosses that suited us best. This girl deserves the biggest praise because she was honestly the kindest front facing customer service worker we have spoken to all day whilst in the trafford !! Thank you again so much :)

Amazing selection available here and its not even the main store. Ana was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide which products were suitable for my complexion. Wish i could try out all!
