Went in for one item left with 3 but I’m not mad at it. Taylor was absolutely amazing, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted and usually get very overwhelmed but she was very patient with me after asking 101 questions, she honestly made my shopping experience very enjoyable and worth every purchase. Please give Taylor a raise immediately!

This branch is my favourite! Love the staff here especially Wedian for always looking after me and having great taste - I get the best recommendations from her x Only thing this store is missing is the engraving. This branch is meant to be a flagship but it hasn't got the engraving service which is disappointing. I want my 3D Hydra Gloss engraved asap!

I went in over the weekend with a very old lipstick of mine (discontinued), looking to find a replacement. While there was nothing on display that was particularly similar, Hiba went downstairs to find a couple of options from last year’s collection that she thought might resemble mine - and she was right! Very pleased to have found my new go-to, and grateful to Hiba for her kind service.

I have been coming here for 1+ years. The customer service is outstanding. Being a black lady, it’s not always easy to find beauty products that suit my skin tone. The floor staff are attentive, knowledgeable and all seem to enjoy their work. A special shoutout to Simona who has served me a number of times now. She takes time not only to look at my skin but also my preferences and makes fantastic recommendations. She’s an absolute gem! Langa

Elle was very polite, friendly and attentative when helping me pick out lip colours. I felt very comfortable and she gave helpful advice and opinions on the colour choice i made. I was satisfied with my choices although it wasn't my usual. In addition, she notified me on a discount where i got three lip liners for £10 which was very useful!

Sara went above and beyond! 30 mins before closing she sat down and spent 45 mins talking through and applying makeup to my face so I walked out with a hefty investment of products thanks to her. Hopefully I can apply them ok lol. She so sweet.

I had such a lovely experience shopping for cosmetics in Kiko Milano and i had bought cosmetics from there earlier as well.I originally went in just to buy an eyeliner, but the sales assistant Ms.Sara was incredibly helpful and attentive. She took the time to understand what would suit me best and guided me through different products without being pushy. What really stood out was how she managed everything so smoothly—even when another customer walked in, she warmly acknowledged and welcomed them while still assisting me. Her multitasking and professionalism were impressive. Thanks to her great recommendations (and her way with words!), I ended up purchasing several beauty products—and I’m really happy with all of them. Her customer service was truly top-notch, and I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

I was looking for a beautiful eyeshadow and gloss that I had seen on Twitter. At first, all the staff seemed very busy, so I didn’t feel like it was a good moment to ask for help. After a while, a staff member named Hannah kindly approached me and asked if I needed any help. Unfortunately, the eyeshadow I was looking for was an older product and was no longer available, which was a bit disappointing. However, Hannah took the time to recommend a similar shade for me. She also explained how to use it properly, such as using a setting spray on the brush to change the color payoff. She also helped me find a gloss with a color that was very easy to wear. Hannah was extremely friendly throughout the whole interaction. English is not my first language, so it can sometimes be difficult for me to explain what I want, and my English might not always be very clear. But she was patient, kind, and always smiling, which made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciate her help. Staff like Hannah make shopping much easier and more welcoming for international visitors. Thank you so much, Hannah🥰

My experience has been incredible! I've bought makeup at Chanel and most other well-known brands, but I've absolutely loved Kiko because of the saleswoman name Wedian 😘 and the amazing makeup. She's a fantastic makeup artist and saleswoman, and so kind! I've never received such incredible service! I hope she stays at this store forever. xx❤️
