I had a fantastic experience at Kiko Milano (Tottenham Court Road branch) thanks to Mya, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient. As someone new to makeup, I felt completely at ease with her. I went in looking for an eyeshadow, and Mya took her time to help me find the perfect shade and even showed me how to apply it to achieve the look I was going for. Her knowledge, kindness, and genuine passion for what she does really stood out. Mya is an absolute starâKiko is incredibly lucky to have her on their team!

Well, there is a pretty girl, who has always done gorgeous eye make up, not sure about her name. She recommended three times best make up to me which I never got from even any professionals. I was originally brushed off when asking to try concealer on by others members of staff but Sarah noticed and came over to help. She then went above and beyond to help my mum & I find the right shade of concealer. She was professional, kind and chatty and we ended up having a great time. Would highly recommend coming here to find your shade if you ask for Sarah.
