We got to KIKO with my friends to buy lip liners. Got out later with few products because of Sandra C. Such a positive attitude and client oriented person. Nice, communicative, professional. She speaks great English so it was easy to communicate This girl is a gem. Make sure you keep her!

Bennedetta and Selcenny made sure my friend and i felt comfortable and confident in what we were purchasing. Bennedetta was extremely helpful in finding perfect lip combos for the both of us and eye products that best suit our needs. We are not from italy so we were a little worried but both of these girls were amazing and kind! Well done kiko, you have some amazing talented employees.

Just needed a cosmetics pencil sharpener and was able to ask and receive assistance very quickly. The shop was very crowded but staffed with plenty of workers to help customers.
