I was hosted by Chris who was the nicest person ever. I got engraving done on my lip balm and he even let us have one engraving for free as we had bought 4.

Store is very nice and employees Nikola and Chris were very helpful. If you want to visit a kiko store in Berlin, I suggest this one. I’ve done the engravement on lipgloss here, they even offered backside symbols. And have a coffee machine!!

I would like to give a very special thank you to Diana and Nikola at KIKO Milano, Rosenthaler Strasse, Berlin. From the moment I entered the store, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. What really stood out to me was that their kindness and excellent customer service felt completely genuine. They took the time to help me, made me feel comfortable, and created such a positive shopping experience. I actually came into the store intending to buy only 2 lip glosses. However, because of the wonderful experience and the amazing service I received from Diana and Nikola, I ended up buying 14 lip glosses! 😂❤️ This is a perfect example of how exceptional employees can make customers want to come back and shop again. Diana and Nikola are a real credit to KIKO Milano, and I truly hope their great work is recognized and appreciated by the management. Auch als ein Mann eine angenehme Erfahrung gemacht! Die Managerin Nikola ging auf alle meiner Fragen ein und erklärte mir ausführlich, wozu und wie am einfachsten ich die Produkte auftragen kann. Habe mich bei der gar nicht so kurzen Beratung gut und aufgehoben gefühlt, ohne dass ich mich wie ein Tausender Kunde an dem Tag gefühlt habe. Zusätzlich zu meinem Kauf bekam ich während des Gesprächs ein Espresso, den ich draußen auf der Bank in Ruhe genießen konnte. Top Service, gute Stimmung mit aufgedrehter Musik und die Preise sind ebenfalls in Ordnung. 😄👍🏻

i LOVE kiko!! especially the lip glosses, they do it the best. been there couple times and the staff was always helpful. i also did the carvings with my name on my lipsticks and my bf’s name on the lip glosses he gifted me. 10/10 recommended!!!
