Sofia was so amazing. She walked me through buying a whole face of makeup and tried everything on very patiently. Very attentive and corrected a bad concealer shade another worker gave me. Truly she deserves a raise because if she wasn’t there I wouldn’t have known how to buy anything.

I was looking for a foundation that matched my skin tone, and she took the time to help me find the right one. She picked out several products and tried them on my face, explaining the differences and showing me how each one looked on my skin. She was so patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect match. Thank you so much, Sofia, for your kindness and excellent service! I really appreciate the time and care you put into helping me. You made my shopping experience so much better! If you ever visit this KIKO store and need help finding the right products, I highly recommend asking for Sofia. You’ll be in great hands! I came here a few weeks ago, and it was such a great experience ! The staff were great, especially Eva. She was very kind and helpful. I was surprised with how good of an experience it was considering, that day it was super busy with the pride festival. I got 8 different product and have been loving them. Can’t wait to come back!

We came for the engraved lip-gloss. It took about 30 minutes from buying the glosses and queueing outside. Staff were very friendly. Great experience.

There are only two KIKO stores in all of Paris that offer lipstick engraving, and this is one of them. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the queue was extremely long. You first need to buy your favorite lipstick, then go outside and wait in line to have it engraved. Despite the long wait, it was definitely worth it! 💄✨
