I visited the KIKO Milano store in Stratford for the first time. I actually went with my sister-in-law just to have a look, without planning to buy anything. But there was an employee named Shivani who was amazing. She didn’t just show the products—she explained everything so well and helped me understand what would suit me. Because of her, I ended up buying products I didn’t even plan to purchase. The way they explain things really matters—it makes customers feel confident and not insecure about buying products. Usually, when it comes to skincare, I check everything many times before buying. But after listening to Shivani, I confidently bought three products. I also came to know that this brand is going viral on TikTok, which is great. For a first-time customer, trust and proper explanation are very important. Thank you, Shivani, for giving me confidence in the products. You even made someone like me—who isn’t really into makeup—buy makeup items!
