I spent the whole summer searching for powder shade No. 4 online, and finally got the chance to visit the store when I was in London! The dark-haired lady who was working on Saturday, 24 October, around midday, was so friendly and helpful. She helped me find the right shade and gave me some great recommendations. Went the other day to pick up some bits and had a very nice chat with Samson. Helped me pick out a couple new items from the Club K range and showed me some of the foundation ranges.
