Me and my mum had a lovely experience in Bluewater kiko with the manager Heidi. She was extremely helpful in choosing both our foundation and concealer shades. She helped with my mums makeup, choosing colours that suit her skin tone while teaching her how to apply each product. Heidi was so patient and welcoming to both of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The makeup in kiko feels so soft and light on your skin! I also love the fact they save your colours for next time which makes life so much easier. Heidi is a lovely manager and has fantastic people skills and a huge amount of makeup experience which she shared with us both. Highly recommend going to see Heidi with any makeup concerns! Will defo return

Lady at the tills was absolutely lovely, such an angel!! I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a hijab, she was wonderful. helped me sign up to kiko.

I had the most lovely experience with Jasmine this morning. She was such a delightful. So bubbly and lovely and I left the store feeling so great. Please pass this on to her. She helped me with some eyeshadow brushes for my mum

Had the absolute best service today. I always get a bit overwhelmed when shopping for make-up. But Fatimah was so helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out what colours I wanted. Very satisfied with my purchase.
