I went in to Kiko with my mom not being the most knowledgeable on makeup. I was greeted by a lovely chap who was really helpful. He then introduced me to Rhea who was so friendly and helpful. She really took her time helping us and giving me great tips such a friendly lady . I will return just for Rhea fantastic service in store also

They are incredibly well stocked and Izak helped me with tips and suggestions for my skin type and complexion. And they personalized some of my products with a laser machine. Amazing

Rhea is an absolute gem. Greeted me at the entrance and offered assistance which I took. Was attentive and efficient, straight away found what I was looking for and even recommended old stock when I requested items that was specific to my requirements. Even after completion of sale made recommendations on tips to maintain makeup for longer. She is exceptional
