I recently visited KIKO Milano in Florence and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chiara D. I have to say that it was a really positive experience. Chiara was extremely kind, helpful, and above all, knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the products that were most suitable for me, without ever being pushy. I particularly appreciated her attention to detail, her patience in answering all my questions, and the professional yet friendly way in which she assisted me. It is clear that she is passionate about her job and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It is not easy to find someone so attentive and well-prepared when it comes to customer service. Compliments to Chiara for her professionalism and for the way she represents the store. I will definitely be happy to come back!

La tienda es muy económica y te dejan grabar tu nombre en el labial. Compré el mío en la sucursal de Milán. El personal muy amable, hay fila para el grabado así que te recomiendo ser paciente

Especially arianne (i hope i spell her name right) was such a kind soul she helped a lot while picking products and doing the engraving everything went pretty well thanks to her. Gotta wait almost half an hour yo do the engraving tho.

Siamo entrate da KIKO Milano in una giornata davvero pienissima, con una fila incredibile per il servizio di incisione dei prodotti, ma nonostante questo siamo state accolte insieme a mia figlia in modo impeccabile. La differenza tra una semplice catena e una vera grande profumeria, secondo me, si vede proprio in queste attenzioni verso il cliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Saba, che ci ha seguite con una professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità rare. Ci ha consigliato con cura dei regalini per le amichette di mia figlia, aiutandoci nella scelta con tantissima pazienza e attenzione. In più ci ha preparato anche dei pacchetti regalo meravigliosi, con il tocco super raffinato di spruzzare il profumo all’interno: un dettaglio elegante e davvero apprezzatissimo. Che dire… è stata una bellissima esperienza d’acquisto, fatta di gentilezza, coccole e attenzione al cliente. Complimenti davvero!

eravamo in gita con la scuola sono stati gentilissimi e bellissimi, stavamo facendo la fila per la incisione del gloss e siccome dovevamo rientrare entro le 15:00 ed erano le 14:52 per non farci fare la fila ci hanno fatto pagare con il telefono della commessa. STUPENDI E GENTILISSIMI!!

Le ragazze sono super gentili, educate e ti aiutano a trovare quello che vuoi. Non sapevo nulla di trucco, Fancy mi ha insegnato a truccarmi da zero, è stata molto paziente e insegna molto bene. Sono tornata per continuare a imparare e lei è stata la migliore, una buona insegnante e guida nel trucco. Ho intenzione di continuare a tornare per più trucco, e per imparare qualche consiglio in più, i prodotti sono di buona qualità e a buon prezzo. Lo consiglio 10/10

I liked shopping here - Michele was of great help! 👏 The waiting line for engraving products was long but it was worth it. (waited 1h, 10 people in front of me, but some had 5 or more products to engrave)
