Amazing experience! Was served by Allaine, she was so much help. I finally found things I’ve been looking moths for, in the perfect shade. Her honesty was so helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. Overall, it was an amazing shopping experience - will definitely be going back. :)

I initially visited the store with the intent of buying foundation but ended up with a whole new level of service and transformation. Voor dochter make up gezocht. Bij vragen super geholpen door de 2 dames. Zij hebben samen mn dochter geholpen om de juiste kleuren uit te zoeken, door t (met goedkeuring) uit te proberen op mn dochter. Bij uiteindelijke keuze hebben ze t netjes afgdmaakt, zodat mijn fochter de rest vd dag er mooi uitzag. Bedankt dames, super service!

After searching high and low on the Kiko website for make-up products I really wanted to check out what’s in store. When I arrived at the Westfield store..i was greeted by a very lovely, approachable lady. I later found out her name is Maida. I explained to Maida that i was looking for makeup for my wedding and she was so helpful, gave me lots of makeup tips and as i am totally clueless on foundation, primer and blusher, Maida took the time to explain to me how to wear these products and tried various tones on my face to find the best match for my skin tone. I love the fact that Maida didn't try to sell me products for the sake of it but instead gave me recommendations which led me to finding the most suitable make up products which work best for me. I purchased and left the store feeling so delighted and happy! Great job Maida!

Went into Kiko Milano yesterday and was assisted by an asian female, if i can remember correctly, i think her name began with an R, she helped me tremendously and was extremely polite. I asked so many questions and she was very patient. All around great experience!

Went there on Friday. Felt so lucky to see the new stuff available. Lovely ladies. Especially loved speaking to Ronika and Sheen they are so sweet and really helped with everything. The store was looking amazing despite how busy it was and the girls really knew what they were doing.

i just went there today, and the beautiful girl called juliana was at the tills. she checked out my stuff and her customer service was AMAZING. i loved her vibe so much and she made my day. i come here regularly, but i have never left as happy as today. 10/10 would come here again🤍🤍

My go to, good price, great quality, lovely staff- always happy to help and give test or show me how to use a product. As a dancer who wears a full face of makeup each night, under stage lights, this is the best. Love their highlighting drops, baked eye shadow shimmer duos, foundation and concealer. Since shopping there when I first arrived in London 4 years ago, haven't gone anywhere else for makeup since. Excellent!!!

Went to the branch in Westfields whitecity with my daughter who introduced me to this brand. I had no idea where to begin.... well I left with a bunch of goodies and a makeover which knocked years off me😉. I was helped by a beautiful young lady called Ramina. She was so helpful and full of handy tips. Will definitely go back again. Ramina is a real assest to the team. 😁👍🏽
