⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience at KIKO in Stratford today, all thanks to the wonderful Erika! I went in to buy an eyeshadow, but I left with so much more — a big smile on my face! Erika was incredibly kind, friendly, professional and genuinely lovely. Her warm personality and beautiful customer service made me feel so welcome and special.
