I had a wonderful experience doing shopping in the store at Regent Street. Irin was very helpful. She made some suggestions for choosing Kiko products and did a makeup with those products for me. Good quality products and welcoming professional staff.

I visited the KIKO store on Regent Street and had such a great experience with all the girls they were all super friendly, but especially Wedian. She was incredibly patient with me while helping me find the perfect foundation for me. There was also a wheel in the store where you could win gifts, and I ended up winning an eyeshadow! Honestly, it’s the kind of experience I’d happily repeat over and over again. Even though the store was busy, there was always someone available to help me.
