We had such a wonderful experience with Juanita! She helped me choose a stunning lip combo with liner, gloss, and lipstick. I was initially hesitant about the bright pink shade she recommended, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Her knowledge of color theory really impressed me. Juanita also found a product my friend loved, even though she has a completely different complexion. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any of your makeup needs or dilemmas!

I go the store this afternoon just to browse after work. I don’t know what I wanted to buy and was helped straight way by a lady called Kendy. She tuck me round all the shop and explain all items, how to use it and match my shades for everything. My English isn’t great but she made my experience very comfortable and relaxing by being so patient me. I buy lipstick lip pencil and lipgloss she wearing too. I spending around £200 but love everything she helped me buy. Can’t wait to go back, she msde my day! 5 stars kiko Oxford street😁😁 Recommend🤩

I went in to Kiko Milano Regent Street on Saturday 17th June to check out the products they had available. I was looking for a setting spray as I had run out and Lucy who is the manager of the store was lovely from the moment I walked in. She told me about all the different setting sprays they have and what is good for my skin type. I have dry skin so she advised using the Prime & Fix refreshing mist. It has a glow element to it and for these summer months it really does give you a healthy looking glow. Lucy went in to the stockroom at the back to look for other products they had but unfortunately they were sold out and went out of her way to take care of me. I generally have a bad experiences when trying to buy makeup bar a few instances and she made me feel well taken care of. Thank you Lucy for making me feel welcome and at ease, I left feeling very happy with my purchase.

I went into the store as a last minute attempt of finding a nice look for my graduation ceremony... I rarely wear makeup and had no items at home. I asked for the help of one of the sales assistants and I was so pleasantly surprised by Milene! She did not hesitate to look after me and reassure me that we would find the right look. She was extremely sweet and attentive, really listening to the fact that I wanted a natural look and products that would be super easy to apply due to my lack of makeup knowledge. What a lovely shopping experience I had today! Staff were really polite and friendly, I was helped by Riccardo to choose some make up and after I told him I wanted something easy and quick he sat me down and showed me how to apply everything. Really liked visiting this tiny shop. The makeup was recommended so I popped in and it really is great, the stay on lipstick had really just stayed on, It needs to be scrubbed off!!! The lady that served me so so full of energy (wish I remembered her name) but that acutally made the experience a little more fun. She tried some products on me and didn't force me into any purchase. Shame it's such a small shop but I guess space on Regents street is costly. Recommended for sure, the lipstick is ace!
