Karima provides a five star service! She is dedicated to her job and truly enjoys helping customers. She is my go to person every time I go there. Always helps me to find necessary products, shades that would suit me. Since my make up skills are quite poor she is always super helpful and patient. She taught how to apply certain products as well. I can not state this enough how brilliant the service she provides is. Please give her a pay rise ❤️

Brilliant service today from karima. I hope this gets passed onto her as she was incredible. After looking around the store looking for the perfect new red lip she saw me at the station trying to clean off the multiple diffrent reds I had tried on my hand. Immediately she started the conversation of what I was looking for and could she help. We had a quick chat about the event and vibe I was going for very quickly she pulled some lipsticks and liners (I’ve never used one and from now on always will!) she let me try the lipsticks on myself so I could really see how they looked. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything even after her spending 20mins with me going through everything and she offered for me to come back later after seeing how the new lipstick lasted throughout the day! I love KIKO but thanks to her I will always come back I felt valued as a customer and not like I’m just another person to spend money. We had a laugh and it felt like I was having a lovely chat rather than making a sale! Thank you again Karima I really appreciated your time and expertise in finding the best combo for a red lip (brown liner + a strong red lipstick with some gloss)

My first experience in Kiko Milano was a great one so much better than I could have ever imagined! I’ve also got overstimulated in beauty departments and it never feels personal only transactional. Karina is an exceptional sales assistant and make up artist, she noticed I was struggling immediately and came to my rescue, skin matched me and showed me some lip and blush shades, I’d never known what a ‘primer’ or ‘setting spray’ is or used for and now I do, she even wrote down step by step how to use my products so I could get good wear out of them. She has definitely made my perception and experience of kiko an unmatched one.

Super helpful staff member today I don’t know her name but she went above and beyond to find a product I wanted she even checked out back. Then helped colour match me to find something similar. She was friendly and genuinely just lovely. She then helped my daughter with a concealer. Kiko this girl is a credit to your store I wish I knew her name! It was so refreshing to have someone with such a positive work attitude.

I came in to do some Christmas presents shopping …. I was in make-up heaven 😍😍…. Coincidentally they had a sale and I managed to get good bargains and was able stock up my supplies too. The ladies were also really helpful. I was happy with all my purchases…. I even came back for a second round in store 🤣.

as a man I don’t really buy make up at all mainly gift for friends and maybe the odd concealer for myself. So I’m clueless when it comes to makeup and what there is to offer. There girls in there are all happy to help and they had big smiles and they all took their time to help me pick out the right shades for myself and also recommended gifts for my friends. They spent their time I didn’t feel rushed at all or judged because I have been judged in some places before so I will definitely be going back to shop there. Thank you guys have a great Christmas all of you.

Asked if they still did the vegan konscious range. Staff were extremely helpful and brought out remaining stock for me and showed me their new ethical range. I love their makeup so very glad they are now producing vegan sustainable choices, not just cruelty free.

Went in to get some things for my mothers birthday, all of the staff at Guildford are so lovely and helpful. Eleanor, in particular was so patient and helpful, she listened to what I needed and made sure that all of my wants/needs were taken care of! She has a brilliant attitude to work and her customer service skills were brilliant. I will be back just because of her!

Found this place by accident and I am glad that I did. Their prices are fantastic and they have a huge range of things to choose from as well as a skin care range. There are some really good discounts and offers on a regular basis . Staff are well informed and knowledgeable about all the products they sell.

Popped in for a new foundation. I was warm welcomed and greeted nicely. Courteney offered help and advice without being pushy, totally friendly and genuine. Gave loads of advice. I came away with 4 products and she recommended products for future purchases that were specific to me which makes a refreshing change from many make up counters that just throw anything in the bag. Will definitely return! Thanks Courteney! Excellent service!

I love this place! For a small store they have a good range of product. I have also found the staff to be super helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I would change is that they don't have a big range of eye shadows or any eyeshadow palettes, it would be nice to have a wider variety of eyeshadows as I'm forever on the hunt for new shades depending on the time of the year and if I have any events to go to. At the moment I'm having to shop around to find all the different things that I need but Kiko is always on my list of places to visit.

Had a lovely experience in this shop the other day with a smiley girl with blonde hair (I think she said her name was Kourtney). She helped me find so many beautiful products and I left feeling very positive about my new make up routine!
