I love this Kiko Dubai Mall. I am a dark skin was hard for me finding makeup that matched my color, this young lady Ms. Sharon was lovely very helpful and applied great makeup on me. I discovered Kiko shades with her. Nice staff and lovely people

Amazing experience at KIKO Dubai Mall! I bought lip glosses, body shimmer, and a few other products, and GI was incredibly kind and helpful. She recommended the perfect products for me and even helped me engrave my name on my lip gloss, along with beautiful engraved designs. I had no idea KIKO offered engraving services, so that was such a lovely surprise! She also gave me a cute bag charm as a gift. GI made my shopping experience extra special. Thank you so much!

What really made the visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. Juicy, the Italian trainer was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the products, their usage and what would work best for us. Fadi, the makeup artist, was equally impressive! Fadi’s recommendations were spot on and perfectly suited to our preferences. Both of them were very friendly professional and genuinely attentive, which made the entire shopping experience feel personalized and enjoyable rather than rushed. Their expertise and approach made a big difference and we ended up discovering some great products! Highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for quality makeup along with outstanding service. Will definitely be coming back!
