This was my first time visiting the KIKO Milano store at Mall of the Emirates, and honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in a way that’s hard to describe. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came in looking for a gift for my friend, and the staff made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and helped me find the perfect gift with great recommendations. The store was clean, well organized, and the customer service was exceptional. I had such an amazing experience at KIKO Milano in Mall of the Emirates, all thanks to Kabriel! His customer service was absolutely outstanding — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about makeup. He really knew what he was doing and gave excellent recommendations without being pushy. What impressed me the most was how attentive and confident he was while helping me choose products. He made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and personalized. Employees like Gabriel truly deserve recognition, appreciation, and honestly a raise and promotion for the level of service they provide.
