Excellent customer service! I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Lorna from the moment I entered. I wanted something very specific and Lorna knew her products and exactly where to find it. She asked which shade of lipstick I wanted as many of them had sold out but I was lucky as the shade I wanted was the only one they had left! She told me about the 3 for 2 offer and asked if I wanted anything else. She also asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, but I don’t shop in KIKO often and was only buying on behalf of my sister (who was buying it as a gift for my other sister!). My sister told me it was sold out in most stores across London and Europe. Not only did I get what I wanted in KIKO Reading, I also experience great customer service from Lorna. I never leave reviews, but I left the store feeling like I couldn’t not give her the feedback she deserved. So much so, that I turned around and went back to ask! Thank you Lorna and team in KIKO Reading :)

I came into the store yesterday as I needed help putting together a Halloween look, having known nothing about how to go about it. I was helped by Lorna who spent a very long time with me explaining from scratch how to apply makeup and the best products to go about getting the look I want. Top tier customer service, very friendly and kind and helpful!

I came in today and a lovely lady was so incredibly helpful to me. I was looking for a holographic lip gloss in the same or a similar shade to one of Kiko's lip oils and she went above and beyond to find me the closest match. Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to help me- I am very excited to use my new gloss!

I had the pleasure of visiting KIKO in Reading recently, and I have to say, the service I received was exceptional, thanks to Natasha and Dona. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their friendly and professional approach. Natasha, in particular, was outstanding. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also honest and attentive, which made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Her genuine smile and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel completely at ease. She was so well-prepared, offering great advice on products that suited my needs. Dona was also fantastic—equally warm and helpful. Together, they created a fantastic atmosphere that made me want to return. Highly recommend them both and will definitely be back for more!
