I went into the store today (22/4/26) to find a liquid liner that I had years ago that I loved but it wasn’t on the tester stand. The lovely assistant (I didn’t get her name) recognised the description of the shape of the bottle then went away and found the exact one I needed (which I was delighted with😁). I continued to browse as I needed a new peach blusher (after not having any success elsewhere ) and I needed a specific shade/strong pigment. I asked another assistant (Kerry) for some help / advice and she was also so helpful and also really lovely and helped me to find exactly what I needed - another win! 🤩 Thank you ladies, I really enjoyed the browsing experience (without being pestered either) and you’re both a credit to the store! 👏🏼😁

✨ Had THE best experience at KIKO ✨ The lady who helped me was so lovely, the brush I wanted wasn’t in stock, but she went out of her way to find alternatives and helped me pick the most gorgeous new blush 😍 Honestly made my day 🥹 such lovely customer service & even better products than Selfridges 💖 Shoutout to Furva, beautiful inside and out ✨

Honestly amazing shop, the worker Furva A was so helpful with my colour matching and helping me select products that suited me, you can definitely see the dedication she has for her job and you don’t see much people like this these days, i loved it and i will be coming back next time!!!

Just popped in to get a new brow pencil and Rebecca was super helpful and explained the offers they had on today very clearly and was super welcoming 😁 it was a pleasure to be served by her and when she realised I had enough points to get a free gift she helped me pick a gorgeous coloured lip liner! Definitely a credit to her store! 10/10 communication and service 💕

This Italian Make Up is really nice. I recommend the milan smart brown eyeshadow, I thinks it’s 05 or 03. Great that they make wipes with make up remover available.

I had an amazing experience at KIKO Milano at trafford centre. I had lots of help finding the right shade of lipliner and lipgloss from this sweet lovely worker, Elizabeth. She was really sweet and really helpful in finding me what I needed. Will definitely come back to buy again!

I had a lovely experience friendly atmosphere all the staff were all helpful professional and had a lot of product knowledge. Especially the assistant manager Kerry and the young lady Amalie who assisted me with my make up and selecting the correct products that matched my skin tone and completion. Amazing service fron Kerry and Katrina today. I popped in thinking I was only getting a gift voucher as a present for my mum who loves their make up. Left the store with some great bits for her birthday, plus there were some brilliant offers on so I got more stuff for less. The girls made sure I had everything I wanted, and I came away feeling like I'd been chatting with old friends. I've been wearing KIKO since before it's launch in the UK and love their products.
