I had a wonderful experience today at the KIKO store in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway(Bristol). I was looking for some makeup products and was helped by a lovely girl named Shelisia. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Shelisia listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me some amazing recommendations that perfectly suited my needs. She also explained the ongoing offers at KIKO in detail, which was very helpful. Her friendly attitude and warm smile made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you Shelisia for your excellent service—you truly made my day! KIKO is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

I think the lovely one helping me was called Shannon, I went in for some browsing as I had time to spend, and she approached me twice once to ask if I was looking for anything specific and the second time to help me find what I was looking for and to serve me, she also proceeded to have a really nice conversation with me and suggested other places within the mall I could get other things I was looking for. Such a friendly person and an asset to your store I hope that I’ve got her name right so she’ll get recognition for this.
