they double charged me on all the items, they did refund me later, once noticed I had to go back there. the reason i am pissed is because I picked a waterproof makeup remover in mini, the shop assistant the item I picked was a tester and brought me a new one. Upon arriving home and trying to remove the waterproof mascara i purchased there i see that she gave me a toner not a waterproof makeup remover, I put it on my eye and it does not remove makeup and burns like hell. The lack of attention is truly saddening as this was my poorest experience at a kiko. I overpaid and then I did not even get the product I wanted. I am here on holiday, and I am meant to go back to this shop a third time!!!Be more careful please!!! and I will try to go and exchange it for the waterproof remover i wanted, but as a result I have to keep going back to this kiko due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. They also kept the original receipt after the refund (?) so not even sure how to prove my purchase :( Update: I went there and Roxy took amazing care of me, thank you Roxy!

Went to kiko and the staff that assisted me her name was Roxy she was very pleasant and helpful she took the time out to ensure that each foundation was a match for our skin gave us different choices to choose from her customer service was amazing would definitely go back

Popped in on a weekday with my baby girl. Was served by Lucy who was super sweet and tried to interact and calm my crying baby down. She also matched me perfectly with a concealer shade and setting powder. Ended up buying a bunch of other items. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely pop in when my makeup bits run out ☺️. I visited the store today with my friend and our children, we experienced some excellent customer service from Lucy, she was polite and helpful and friendly and included our children. She recommended some suitable products that we bought and I will definitely be purchasing more.

Lucy was amazing she done mine and my friends make up. Gave us some really great tips for our skin and we brought some lovely products thank you great customer service 😃 which is hard to come by these days and as a retail manager I was really impressed.

I went to Kiko to buy some things for my girlfriend and the staff were very friendly, one of them was tall with curly hair and patiently guided me and asked about my girlfriend's interests and age to give me better suggestions. In the end, it was a very good purchase, thank you Soha for your patience and kindness.

Upon entering the store, within seconds, a member of staff saw that I was confused as it was my first time in a Kiko Milano Store. She asked me if I was OK to which I replied i am looking for items i needed,she listened to what i wanted and helped me to choose the right products. When I was ready to pay it was very easy and convenient as it was wireless portable payments. THANK YOU ROXY.

After work, I went to visit KIKO at the location near the bull, and I had the most incredible experience. I knew I would need help because I don't know a lot about makeup and I entered the store practically unsure of what I needed to get. I also like to express a special thanks to Mackeda, a very helpful KIKO employee. Not only did she give me the best customer service, but she also took the time to recommend things that were most suited to my needs, give me an amazing Black Friday deal, and match makeup products to my skin. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable; I can't recommend her enough. I am really grateful for the assistance she gave me today. Thank you Mackeda; it was lovely to meet you. I had a wonderful experience at KIKO. I left the store today feeling very happy with my purchases and even managed to save £30! ☺️

Amazing sales in store since Boxing Day . This store is so organised and has plenty of cleaning stations with cotton pads, tissues and branded cleaning and makeup removers etc. Good location too just on the entrance to the bullring behind the bull. On my last visit I met with an advisor who was so good at explaining to me that the products against the walls on display are regularly products and that the ones in the centre on the floor are things that come and go. This is helpful for me to know because I get attached to products I love and always want to bulk buy or come back again. I’m someone who recommends things to others and I’d feel disappointed if I’d sent someone to get something I loved and it was gone never to return. I purchased 3 lip liners in the same colour and did my smudge tests on my hand and found the perfect colour for me. And luckily it’s one that’s on the wall and I know I can come back for it. I’ve purchased a similar colour from other places but they run and I don’t like the fuss, finding a pencil that won’t budge is so needed these days as I have found the quality of premium luxury brands and high street brands have declined over the years. I know I’ll be back after a pay day and stock up even though I know I don’t need to bulk buy on the items I love at the moment.

The Kiko cosmetics range tends to be overlooked as it's not a readily recognised name. Anything Italian that's fashion, make up or cars tends to be more than good. As a leading Italian cosmetics company Kiko is on its way up. The range of lip sticks, eye shadow and mascara are extensive and a good price with 30% currently off most of their range. The assistants are there to help with choice and use of products in the shop to aid your choice. Theres no sales pressure. If you are not happy with your current cosmetics range or just want to try top a quality Italian range at a good price then Kiko is worth a go. Find the stores one off the Grand Central piazza area and the other in the Bull Ring shopping centre.
