Went to bullring to find my foundation shade because I've been struggling to find something that match and Zaina helped me to find one! I felt really satisfied with how friendly she was and she celebrated with my win! That was awesome. Definitely recommended the bullring birmingham store

This store is excellent - I love Kiko products and always love going into the shop whenever I need new makeup as they give great advice (I'm clueless when it comes to makeup!) I visited a few days ago to get some new foundation and the lovely shop assistant Zaina took me under her wing and explained which foundation would be best for me and helped me to find a shade that matched my skin tone. She told me how to apply the makeup and advised on brushes and powders too to help with a flawless look. She was so knowledgeable and I really appreciated her help!

Really lovely helpful staff at Bullring Kiko, all approached and greeted me, I’ve forgotten one of the girls names that helped me out today but Zaina was great when I came in later in the day after mistakenly buying the wrong lipgloss. She was able to exchange it for me on the spot and very quickly did my engraving for me so I could catch my train! Thanks so much

Zaina was absolutely amazing, so kind, so helpful, such a lovely warm spirited cheerful genuine customer service, so knowledgable and managed to sell me new fancy kit such as the primer for the eyes coming out with much more than I expected! She was so intuitive and yet so knowledgable knowing exactly what I needed having not been the best of explainers yet so incredibly knowledgable where she was able to relay everything beautifully, so so impressed will definitely coming back thanks so much Zaina you’re a star! <3

As l walked into the shop, l was greeted by a warm smile by the lovely assistant Iona. I had an old lipstick but the name of the shade had erased and l was unable to find the correct shade. Iona was very helpful and she manged to shade match it perfectly. I will definitely be visiting this shop again! Thank you for the great service!
