I visited the store to buy some makeup products and I'm completely unfamiliar with buying makeup, so the store personnel Mihret spent 30 mins just helping me test products and creating looks for me to help me choose. Highly recommend going to this store particularly because Mihret is so kind and helpful!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at KIKO Milano thanks to Mihret. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting me in choosing the right lipstick, eyeshadow, eyebrow products, and eyelashes. She took the time to understand what suited me and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. This experience was completely different from my previous visits to the KIKO Milano Al Ghurair branch.
