Сегодня осталась очень довольна посещением магазина Kiko Milano. В магазине чисто, красиво, всё аккуратно выложено, и сейчас действует много хороших и действительно выгодных акций. Я пришла специально за блесками из коллекции ко Дню святого Валентина. К сожалению, оттенок, за которым я шла, уже раскупили, но это вообще не стало проблемой, тк нашла отличный набор миниатюр, в котором был именно этот блеск. Отдельно хочу отметить консультантов: очень внимательные, старались помочь, несмотря на то, что я сама визажист и в помощи особо не нуждалась. Было особенно приятно, что со мной сразу общались на английском. В итоге я ушла с классными покупками, красивыми упаковками и отличным настроением. Осталась полностью довольна и с удовольствием рекомендую этот магазин.

Siamo entrati solo per comprare due cosette ma l’esperienza è stata molto bella e accogliente. Grazie a Federica per la sua gentilezza, professionalità e cordialità che ci ha fatti sentire inmediatamente a nostro agio e con cui abbiamo scambiato qualche chiacchera. Con un gruppo di amiche (venute dalla Svizzera) abbiamo visitato la filiale KIKO a via Toledo il fine settimana (12 ottobre - 13 ottobre) Siamo state accolte e consigliate in modo gentile e professionale... In particolare, la carissima Veronica, che ci ha consigliate a tutte prendendosi il tempo per ciascuna di noi.. Anche un complimento a Federica (alla cassa) per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità... Have been loving this kiko brand lipsticks even while I was in Sri Lanka. So on the day I landed came right in search of this store and bought few lipsticks, lip liners and a leg and hand mask. At time of payment which was made by my mil who is a residenct in Italy, she was charged a VAT on her card which we figured when going through the receipt. A week later when I went to the store again to buy some cosmetics l, this I paid by cash and the cashier staff told me €1 higher than the total cost. So I asked for the receipt and showed her the total on the bill and got back the extra €1 that I initially paid. This was the same lady who got my payment on the first day.. she knew I was not fluent in Italian. So be sure to check the receipt when purchasing from this store.

rosa is so extremely helpful she helped us pick the perfect products based on our skin type and tones she was so sweet and so kind and I wabt to come back to kiko just because of rosa. she really made my experience with kiko ten times better

Sono appena stata da Kiko e devo dire che è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! Ho avuto il piacere di parlare con Martina, una persona incredibilmente disponibile, gentile e soprattutto preparata: mi ha dato consigli davvero utili (e realistici, cosa non scontata!) che mi hanno aiutata a scegliere al meglio. I risultati si vedono subito e l’esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva.

Sono passata da KIKO Milano in via Toledo e ho avuto la fortuna di essere seguita da Federica: una ragazza dolcissima, simpatica e super professionale! Con grande gentilezza e competenza mi ha aiutata a scegliere tantissimi prodotti di cui avevo davvero bisogno, senza mai essere invadente.
