I had such a great experience at KIKO Milano in Bahrain Avenue, especially at the small booth in the middle near Sephora. The service was outstanding, and Sara who assisted me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She really took the time to understand what I needed, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers, and that made a big difference. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’ll for sure be coming back again because of her!

I had such a great experience with Sagoon. She helped me find a face foundation powder that matches my skin perfectly. I have oily skin, and it’s usually hard to find the right one, but she really knew what she was doing. The shade looks so natural and even on my face I’m so happy with it! She also suggested a lipstick that was on sale (and you know how much we girls love a good sale 😊). It was the perfect recommendation and such a great deal. Thank you, Sagoon, for your amazing help and honest advice. I’ll definitely be coming back!
