I visited the kiko branch at Marassi on Thursday evening, just before closing time, and I felt compelled to leave this review because of the outstanding service I received from the store manager. Although it was close to closing and one of the staff members asked whether we were “just testing or planning to buy” because the store was about to close, the manager handled the situation with exceptional professionalism. She warmly welcomed us, never made us feel rushed, took the time to recommend products that suited our needs, shared helpful beauty tips, and even introduced us to additional products that genuinely complemented our purchase. Her positive attitude, product knowledge, and genuine passion for helping customers completely changed the experience. She is an excellent example of what great customer service looks like and truly deserves her position. It’s clear she’s the right person in the right place, leading by example. Thank you for making what could have been a rushed visit into such a pleasant shopping experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this branch.
