Stefanie was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and made sure I was happy with every product I looked at. Being a girl that’s never used makeup before and having someone like her to support with everything made my day! She really took the time to understand what I needed and gave me great advice. She tried all the different shades on me and made sure I choose the one that suited me best, has a lot of patience and was honest too which is just what I needed!😭 What stood out most was how confident she made me feel which is exactly what you want when shopping for beauty products!— she was so encouraging, reassuring, attentive, and so knowledgeable. A truly lovely person to be helped by! Felt very welcomed from the get-go. Left with a handful and a great experience and combos to try which is tailored to my skin texture and shade specifically :) She also such a positive, uplifting energy. I honestly left the store feeling amazing — thanks to her! If we had more people like her in retail The world would be a better place lol Genuinely interested in making sure I left happy and I sure did!

Maria is hands down the best store manager I’ve ever seen! ⭐️ Unlike many managers who just stay in the back office or stand at the front, Maria was genuinely involved and helping out throughout our entire visit. She was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure I got everything I needed without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was how friendly she was — not just with customers but with her team too. I walked into KIKO Milano on a bit of a mission — buying makeup for my sister without her there. Anyone who’s tried that knows it’s not easy! But from the moment I met Stephanie, I knew I was in safe hands. She had the kind of approachable, friendly face that instantly puts you at ease, and she made the whole experience feel effortless. She took the time to ask the right questions, figure out what my sister might like, and even suggested products they didn’t have in stock so I could keep an eye out for them later. The best part? She did it all with such patience and genuine care that I almost forgot how tricky the task was meant to be. From creams, to eyebrow something and flour for her face, she helped me with all. By the end, I had a bag full of products I felt confident about (and yes, I definitely spent more than I planned 🤭), but I left genuinely happy. Stephanie didn’t just help me shop — she made it enjoyable, stress-free, and actually fun. My sister now probably has enough makeup for the rest of the year at this point, thank you STEPHIIEEEEE for helping waste my money🤣💪🏻

Maria, the Assistant Manager at KIKO, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. She made sure everything in the store ran smoothly and still took the time to ensure I was well taken care of. Her leadership was evident in the way the team worked together, and her friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. A real credit to the store! I felt immediately at ease. I had such a lovely experience at KIKO Milano on Regent Street thanks to Steffany! As someone who’s super indecisive and struggles to find lip shades that suit my skin tone, she was incredibly patient and attentive. She guided me through tons of lipsticks and liners, carefully considering undertones and making sure I felt confident with each choice. Her genuine care made me feel so special — plus, she’s got the kind of charm that had me leaving with more than I expected (in the best way!). If you visit, I definitely recommend asking for her. Amina was very welcoming and genuinely wanted to assist me. Her patience, professionalism and make up tutorial enabled me to see how the products looked and felt on my skin.
