Found this store while in Venice four years ago and needed makeup since my suitcase was lost. Staff are very helpful and friendly.. but the best part is their products! Love their mascara... better than any I've had previously. And their prices are exceptional, with gifts and discounts when you sign up with your email.

I came into this store looking for a simple, natural makeup look, and Sara did a wonderful job! She understood exactly what I wanted and was incredibly friendly and helpful, even with how busy the store was. Highly recommended!

Great Advisors in this shop! Even though it was crowded, one of the ladies (unfortunately I haven’t saved her name) was exemplary! She was very attentive, proactive and with great patience took all the time I required to decide on the lipstick for my wedding make up. Thank you very much!

J’y étais hier. Tout ce que j’ai à dire c’est que ce kiko précisément a une énergie que les autres n’ont pas et dieu sait à combien de kiko je suis allée. Je tiens à remercier gioia qui est juste incroyable, dune gentillesse et de très bonne recommandation. Faites lui confiance pour les recommandations, elle m’a conseillé le mascara Matte diaries qui au final est trop bien. Sinon à part ça tt l’équipe au top, très fort en marketing!
