Been shopping in kiko for over 10 years in UK and recently leaving London it had been long time since I visited because of bad experience I had with staff. I went in to kiko yesterday in dubai hills with my son and was happy to be welcomed by a lovely lady, her name was Nadia. She was absolutely amazing. Although I knew what I was after she was a great help and very smart sales lady, she induced me to their new glow eyeshadow range and even tho I didn't buy I will definitely return back for it. Nadia was very helpful, calm and extremely understanding towards my son who is of child of determination and that meant alot to me as my shopping can get slightly stressful at times. Definitely will be going back what a breath of fresh air 👌
