A Wonderful Shopping Experience – Thank You, Annalisa! If you’re visiting Rome and looking for a unique little souvenir, I highly recommend stopping by KIKO Milano to try their engraved lipstick! I first discovered this popular idea on social media and decided to give it a try while visiting the store near St. Peter’s Basilica. What a lovely experience it turned out to be! The staff were helpful and welcoming, but Annalisa deserves a special mention. She was incredibly attentive, sweet, and patient, making the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. I was so happy with my first visit that I returned the following day to purchase more, and Annalisa was just as lovely and helpful again! I even joked with her, asking, “Are you sleeping here?” because I happened to see her on both visits! 😂❤️ Her consistently warm and friendly attitude really stood out to me. The engraved lipstick is such a cute and personal idea. We girls love buying lipstick anyway, so why not make it extra special by having your name engraved on it? It’s a beautiful little keepsake from Rome, and my friends were so happy with theirs! Thank you, Annalisa, for making my shopping experience so memorable. Your kindness and genuine attentiveness made all the difference. I highly recommend visiting this store if you’re in Rome and looking for something special to bring home. And if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Annalisa, you’re in wonderful hands! 💄❤️

Kolejka bardzo mała zarówno do kasy, jak i do lasera. Panie z obsługi bardzo pomocne i uśmiechnięte. Jedyny minus za wyciąganie danych przy kasie do zakładania konta. I tak mało kto to konto aktywuje.

Es curioso porque tienen la maquina de grabar, puedes grabar en tu gloss (que ya vale unos 14-16 euros) el coliseo, por 4 euros más y tu nombre por otros 2 euros más en el gloss, en total ronda unos 20 - 22 euros, en mi opinión es caro, pero es bonito

Desde que llegué y me vieron un poco perdida se me acercó una chica y me comenzó a guiar, me mostró los productos y me maquilló para ver cómo se me veían. Me encantó la atención. Me encantó poder grabar mi nombre y el Coliseo en mi lipstick.

Pomodlę kupiłam za 13eu (czyli mniej więcej tyle ile w Polsce), grawer 2eu bardzo ładny (można wygrawerować Koloseum i/lub jakiś napis)i na ogół kolejka szła sprawnie niestety w pewnym momencie coś się popsuło i trzeba było czekać (ok.20/30min ). Mimo wszystko polecam i jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Nou onze meiden hebben ook een persoonlijke lipgloss. Hun namen en het Coloseum erin gegraveerd!! Het was druk in de winkel maar ja dat is ook wel logisch. Vriendelijk personeel. Je gaat eerst naar de kassa je verteld dat je ook wil graveren dan betaal je €2 euro extra per gloss(ik had veel meer verwacht) je rekend af je krijgt een nummertje mee en ga in de rij staan bij de graveer machine. Personeel deed wel als er meer mensen in de rij stonden dan verzochten ze die buiten te wachten. Dus buiten de rij in anders werd de winkel te druk en onoverzichtelijk. En je werd netjes geholpen op nr. Het graveren zelf duurd per gloss met invoeren van naam maar 1 min. Wij zijn echt heel blij met deze souvenirs ;)

Sklep bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony. Dostępne testery wszystkich produktów. Pracujące tam Panie bardzo miłe, chętnie służą pomocą w doborze kosmetyków (pozdrawiamy Panią o imieniu Giulia). Za dodatkową opłatą można wygrawerować imię i ikonę Koloseum na błyszczyku co jest miłą pamiątką z Rzymu. Ania i Jula
