I just want to give the staff their flowers after my recent visit. I never usually review unless compelled to by a standout service. The store was busy but everyone was dealt with kindly and efficiently. The staff really knew their stuff and were happy to demonstrate anything.

I had an amazing experience today at the Kiko Milano store on Henry Street, Dublin. I went in to exchange a Skin Lover Intensive Serum Concealer, and I was assisted by Sarah. She was incredibly proactive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to her fantastic service and great recommendations, I ended up buying four more products! Sarah is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I went in to buy just one lipstick, but I ended up having a little lesson on how to take care of my lips with Fiorella! 💄✨ She was so kind and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. She showed me the best options, tested them on my skin, and gave me some amazing recommendations. I left with not only a lipstick, but also some lovely lip treatments, an eye mask, and an eyeshadow! 😂🛍️ Thank you, Fiorella, for such a lovely experience! ❤️

Went to this store today to buy mainly a foundation having no idea what its my colour. My knowledge of make up is not the best. Mariana, lovely girl, walked me through the different products, skin types, shades, etc. Very patient and knowledgeable. I felt welcome and at ease. Will be coming back soon. 😊

Compared to the store on Grafton Street, this one is simply excellent. The staff is friendly and the shelves are well-stocked. A special thank you to the wonderful young man for helping me choose the right products and for his wonderful smile (sorry, I didn't ask his name). I'll definitely be back to shop again.
