I had the most amazing experience at KIKO in Bath thanks to a lovely girl called Noor. She completely freshened up my entire makeup look I honestly walked out feeling like a brand new version of myself. I ended up getting so many incredible products because of how perfectly she matched everything to my skin and style. The best part? We instantly clicked turns out she's Moroccan like me, and it genuinely felt like I’d known her forever. She had this beautiful, warm energy that made me feel so at ease, like I was catching up with a sister. Noor is honestly so beautiful, inside and out. Her talent, kindness, and eye for detail are just unmatched. I can't wait to come back and see her again thank you Noor for making my day so special. You're a gem!

Went into the Bath branch today, (14th July) and was served by Lauren, she was absolutely amazing, nothing was to much trouble, being new to crossdressing, the make up side of things can be quite daunting with so many products to purchase, but Lauren made the whole experience enjoyable and satisfying, Lauren's advice on the products that I required and the colours/shades of the products was invaluable, i'll definitely be returning, a massive thank you Lauren, your help was invaluable and much appreciated

Love this shop and shop here often. Spent a fortune in the Branch in Sardinia. Today was the Branch in Bath. Lovely helpful lady with dark hair Nice make up and would highly recommend the mascara primer, the Smart Radiance Cream 3in1, Blushers, lip balm and creamy lip gloss

HI!! i came in to look for a few gifts not too long ago and realised i needed a foundation, i think it was Thea who helped me and she really made my day!! Not only chose the perfect shade for me but sat me down and we had a lovely conversation while trying out the foundations. Everyone is really really lovely and so warm and welcoming! :-)

I visited my parents in Bath as I usually do and I decided to do some shopping in your store. I had wonderful experience with one of your consultants. I was buying different bits from different collections and she helped me with them all! Very professional, knowledgeable person which is so rare these days. Dee made me feel so welcomed and I would like receive this customer service everywhere else. Clean and very well managed store with good quality products.

Products are great but must admit, shopping in store was a disappointing experience considering the 3 staff they had on. No hello, no “can I help you” or anything. The products I purchased were my own decision, no up sell or support at all. Would encourage management to focus on this as I would’ve bought a lot more lol
