Very nice staff, the lady (the one with profound lips) who helped me with my last minute shopping picked the color I didn't even consider and it fits perfect. Great eye. She was also very kind, overall a very positive experience. I wasn't expecting much from a store at the train station, but it was far better than the Duomo one.

Store molto ordinato e ben organizzato dal punto di vista vusual. Sono stata accolta con grande calore da Rita che mi ha saputo consigliare un prodotto specifico labbra con grande competenza e professionalità, nella shade più adatta al mio incarnato. Consiglio vivamente questo punto vendita per la bellissima customer experience una vera coccola in una città sempre di corsa come Milano.

Another great cosmetics store from kiko. The staff was very kind and i was well taken care of. I recommend for anyone who’s looking for Christmas gifts or any last minute gifts they really know what they’re doing there!

I would like to mention that I have visited several Kiko stores throughout Italy. I liked the service in all of them very much. The Black Friday offer is great ! I recommend you this store to visit . Consiglio assolutamente di andare da Kiko stazione centrale… super cool! Il personale è esattamente gentile e professionale e i prodotti sono ottimi. Recentemente ho provato anche il servizio di seduta trucco di 30 minuti e sono rimasta soddisfattissima! Brave ragazze del team e a presto!

They have a wide choice of KIKO products, there are testers for everything available as well. Also, when I was at the checkout, the assistant informed me of a promotion where you get 3 products at the price of 2, so I just stayed and took my time picking the third - but you have to make sure you're taking these products from correct shelves! They all spoke English as well.

Qualche giorno fa ho perso il treno e nell'attesa sono andata in questo store, dove Giada (molto gentile) mi ha accolto e consigliato in caso di acquisto di fare una prova prodotti con Cecilia. Cecilia è stata bravissima e disponibile nel spiegarmi al meglio come riuscire a valorizzare il mio occhio (nonostante da sola ancora non sia riuscita a fare una linea sopra l'occhio bella e precisa come la sua) e al termine ho acquistato felicemente tutti i prodotti provati.
