J'ai passé un moment exceptionnel dans ce magasin Kiko. Je cherchais un fond de teint à ma teinte après mes déboires dans un autre Kiko ( je précise que j'avais été extrêmement dessus du Kiko d'Aeroville dont l'équipe se moque complètement des clients) J'ai été pris en charge par Matthis un jeune homme d'une gentillesse extrême et d'un professionnalisme incroyable Il m'a maquillé et trouvé les produits pour sublimer mon teint . Un grand merci à lui qui m'a réconcilié avec l'enseigne.

Aime was fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the products. This was my first purchase at Kiko’s Cosmetics, and because of her great service I will definitely be coming back. She made the whole experience wonderful.

I bought a lip gloss and also really wanted a blush, but unfortunately it was out of stock. The sales assistant recommended another one that was supposedly similar, but a matte blush in a completely different shade is not exactly similar to a shiny pink one. I also paid extra to have my name engraved, which is a really nice and unique option. However, the customer service was not great — we had to wait quite a long time at the engraving machine because the staff didn’t really pay attention to us.

Это создаёт настоящий иммерсивный опыт взаимодействия с брендом и превращает покупку в особенное событие. Такая помада становится не просто косметикой, а стильным сувениром из Парижа или отличным подарком. Прекрасный клиентский сервис и очень приятные впечатления от посещения. Обязательно вернёмся снова.

Meilleure expérience de ma vie dans un kiko. Eva a su prendre le temps, m'expliquer Chaque produits et les tester sur ma peau. Sa douceur, sa patience et sa bonne humeur sont inoubliables. De plus les produits que j'ai acheté grâce à elle sont merveilleux je n'ai jamais eu une peau aussi belle et un visage aussi bien maquillé. Elle a su adapter Chaque produits pour moi un vrai travail sur mesure. Merci infiniment Eva je reviendrai !
