I stopped by the store on Friday and was very well looked after by an employee called Vanessa. I didn't know the brand very well and, frankly, I'd only ever used the gloses. She introduced me to the skincare collection, and I have very dry skin. She recommended the hydra pro range and a foundation that I simply loved from the new collection with a very light touch. Very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much !

Ich war im Shop im Bahnhof Zürich. Ich wurde sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend von Anna bedient. Sie überzeugte mich durch ihre glasklare Professionalität. Sie hat mir genau das Produkt empfohlen, dass auf mich zugeschnitten ist. Ich habe noch nie so eine super gute, freundliche und äusserst professionelle Bedienung erlebt. Herzlichen Dank Anna!!!! I was in the Kiko shop in Zurich main station last Wednesday and was advised by Vanessa. I have to honestly say that the advice was world class and great. She was telling me about one of the new fragrances you guys have. The orange one. She was talking with such a passion that first I was not interested to try… but after listen to her, I really had to do that and I just fell in love with . Now , one of my friends is also in love with this perfume and i need to buy another one otherwise i will not have it anymore on next days 😂 thank you Vanessa!

I had a fantastic experience at this Kiko store, all thanks to Vanessa! My mom and I felt so welcomed by her warm smile and friendly demeanor. Even when some products were out of stock, she found other Kiko stores in Zurich that had what we needed. Vanessa made our visit so enjoyable that we didn’t even want to leave the store. I can’t wait to come back to Kiko next time I’m in Switzerland. 10/10 service.

Ich wurde von Gabriela bedient und ich war bzw bin sehr begeistert mit welchem Wissen und welcher Leidenschaft zu verkauft! Sie konnte auf Anhieb auf meine Bedürfnisse eingehen und hat sofort die perfekte foundation gefunden ! Zudem hat sie mir noch weitere Artikel gezeigt bzw. Empfohlen welche ich dann auch aus purer Überzeugung gekauft hab ! Endlich mal jemand der nicht einfach nur verkaufen will, sondern auch zuhört wonach man sucht 🙏🏻 Werde nur noch zu Gabriela gehen , ganz großes Talent !!!!!

Letzte Woche war ich bei KiKO HB. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Boshra hat mir geholfen, Foundation, Matt Creme, Lippenstift und Lippenkonturenstift zu kaufen. Sie hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, damit ich nach so vielen Jahren endlich die richtige Farbe für meine Foundation finden konnte. Außerdem ist meine Haut sehr empfindlich, und sie hat mir das richtige Produkt empfohlen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf. Vielen Dank, Leute! ❤️❤️❤️ Bita

Marcos hat mich vor paar Wochen Beraten und es war einfach nur toll, sehr kompetent und ein tolles wissen über die Produkte! Top top noch dazu kann er verschiedene sprache sprechen so wie ich es gehört habe. Freue mich schon jetzt bei ihm zu einkaufen. Kompliment an kiko HB.

I kinda find this place fine, very lovely staff come and help after you stand there at least after a minute but I have a feeling they don’t have enough clue which would be good for me, I like how the assistant was not judging the way I looked since I’m quite different and was kind to try some bronzers on me but I realised when I got home that it looked totally off the radar

Косметика Kiko замечательного качества и особенно самые лучшие у них - это блески для губ! В этом бутике, который удобно расположен в подземной вокзальной зоне (всегда можно быстренько забежать в ожидании поезда), всегда большой выбор косметики, приветливый отзывчивый персонал, быстро помогли мне подобрать пудру в тон моей кожи, нашли тени с палеткой блёсток, которые я хотела. В общем быстро всё купила с их помощью и успела на поезд ;)

Mit einer Freundin im Laden im HB Zürich von einer Make Up Advisor: Linda sehr gut beraten worden. Sie hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen und uns noch geschminkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne.
