I had such a lovely experience at KIKO Milano in Southampton, mainly thanks to Cristina. She was so friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products. She took the time to understand what I liked, gave me some really good recommendations and was especially helpful with the fragrances. She let me try different options and shared her knowledge in such a natural and friendly way. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was just a really nice experience, and Cristina made the whole visit enjoyable. Thank you, Cristina, for all your help! ❤️

I had such a lovely experience at KIKO Milano in Westquay, Southampton. I originally went in looking for an array of eyeliners in different colours and was served by Maddie, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped me choose several shades of the Unlimited Precision Automatic Eyeliner & Khol and was incredibly friendly, polite and patient throughout. She took the time to explain the different products and shades and really listened to what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I ended up also purchasing a contour, concealer, lipstick and eyeshadow palette, and Maddie was so helpful with everything. The whole experience was simply great and her customer service really stood out. Thank you, Maddie — you’re a real credit to the store! I’ll definitely be returning. 😊

The staff here are amazing! Had a lost mascara that was discontinued as it was a limited run, but the girls here knew just which it was and where to find it! Special thanks to Eleana and her fantastic knowledge!

Had the most wonderful experience, went it looking for a mascara and I didn't really have much clue but this lovely lady come over was super chatty and she really helped out and asked what sort of benefit I'm looking for and then picked out a couple of mascara for me and I bought one and its honestly the best ive ever used ☺️ would so recommend shopping here

I went in today after losing almost all of my make up on my journey home from travelling and I had a lovely girl Elenor or Elle I can’t quite remember the name but she was absolutely amazing and helped me find the best products for my skin tone and very good suggestion on all make up products would highly suggest going to her for any make up recommendations! Came into the store today to find a foundation but had no clue on what was good for me, until Jasmine sat me down and tested different shades on me and even found me a perfect concealer to match!! She did my whole face and was so patient with my questions, super helpful and lovely the whole time. Will 100% come back for more, 10/10 she is a credit to the brand!! 💖💖💖

Compared to other makeup stores I went into on my hunt for a new concealer, Kiko was by far the most welcoming and most helpful. A very lovely girl helped me shade match and try a new powder and spoke to me about formulas etc. I forgot to ask her name but I have her staff number from the receipt. She made the experience 10/10 and I will be a returning customer.
