Very disappointing experience at KIKO Milano Westfield Stratford on 10 June 2026. I visited the store between approximately 8:00 PM and 8:24 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received at KIKO. I travelled all the way from South London specifically to shop at this store because I have always loved KIKO products and usually have a positive experience. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. I was looking for an eyebrow tint and spent some time searching the store looking confused, but no one approached me to offer assistance. When I finally asked for help and showed a staff member the exact product and shade I was looking for, she appeared completely uninterested and made very little effort to help. She handed me a completely different product without properly checking and walked away before I could ask any questions. Another staff member appeared to encourage her to assist me, but she returned briefly, asked if I needed help in a rushed manner, and then disappeared again. The lack of interest, effort, and professionalism was very frustrating. The only positive part of my visit was the staff member at the till, who was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She assisted me in checking another product I wanted, although it was unfortunately out of stock. When I got home and opened my purchase, I discovered that the product I had been given was not the eyebrow tint I had asked for and is something I do not use. As a result, I spent money on the wrong product due to poor advice from a member of staff. I also spent time and money travelling from South London to Stratford specifically to visit this store, making the experience even more disappointing. I have been a loyal KIKO customer for years and have always found previous staff members friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, because customer service like this damages the reputation of an otherwise great brand.

Went to kiko to look for a new foundation had amazing help from FARIE !!! Helped me pick out my shade and was very helpful on skin sensitivity advice as i have very sensitive skin very welcoming atmosphere defo recommend!!

I visited the KIKO Milano store in Stratford for the first time. I actually went with my sister-in-law just to have a look, without planning to buy anything. But there was an employee named Shivani who was amazing. She didn’t just show the products—she explained everything so well and helped me understand what would suit me. Because of her, I ended up buying products I didn’t even plan to purchase. The way they explain things really matters—it makes customers feel confident and not insecure about buying products. Usually, when it comes to skincare, I check everything many times before buying. But after listening to Shivani, I confidently bought three products. I also came to know that this brand is going viral on TikTok, which is great. For a first-time customer, trust and proper explanation are very important. Thank you, Shivani, for giving me confidence in the products. You even made someone like me—who isn’t really into makeup—buy makeup items!
