I really loved the service at this cosmetics store. All the staff members were very attentive and gave excellent product recommendations. They were friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cashier in the middle counter. When I went to pay around 6:40PM, I was still deciding which lip liner color to add to my purchase. It didn’t seem very busy at the time, but she appeared irritated and told me that if I couldn’t decide, I should step aside and choose first before coming back to pay. I felt a bit uncomfortable in that moment. Aside from that experience, the overall service from the rest of the team was great.

I needed help finding a new lip combo - and Taylor was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and we even giggled and joked around. She gave me her options based on my likes and wants and we came to a convo that i loved. She deserves a raise

Absolutely loved it! Staff were very helpful and amazing especially Sura she helped me find everything I wanted and helped me with tips and tricks. And as a girl of colour she helped me feel confident in my own skin with no worries. 100% recommend coming here to start or continue your makeup journey!! ✨️

I came in yesterday evening to buy an advent calendar for my daughter. I was assisted by Taylor. She was so kind and professional, which was reassuring as I am not knowledgeable on make-up . She guided me throughout the store with ease. I will be returning 😄

I had a wonderful experience doing shopping in the store at Regent Street. Irin was very helpful. She made some suggestions for choosing Kiko products and did a makeup with those products for me. Good quality products and welcoming professional staff.
